Lightning

    Throughout our lives, we find ourselves at different points of transition. Lately, it feels as if my entire world has been flipped upside down. I like to think that my personality is easily adaptable, but that doesn't mean it isn't a daily struggle trying to decipher my place in this new world. Some changes are unexpected, such as ending a 6 year long, happy, relationship. Some of them you see coming, like moving on to graduate school. Regardless of whether you are expecting it, its important to take everything in and make the most out of every situation. I'm finding that most blessings in my life are coming disguised as the very things I loathe. These transition in life can be painful, beautiful, terrifying, and awe-inspiring. Just like that natural phenomenon called lightning. Lightning rarely strikes the same place twice, so hold on and keep going, cause this might be your once in a lifetime.
